Incorrect manager displayed in Manage Approvals > Add Assignee > Identity Browser

Buyer had a change in managers. The old manager is displaying in the Identity Browser when attempting to add assignees to the approval workflow.

The buyer recently changed managers. The buyer's current, correct manager is assigned to the buyer in Setup and Maintenance > Users and Security > Manage Users. The correct manager is also displayed when hovering over the buyer info icon in the PO. However, when the buyer created a change order and attempted to add assignees (including their manager), their old, previous manager was displayed in the Identity Browser. This resulted in the incorrect manager being assigned as part of the approval workflow.
