How can I prevent the input of duplicate values in an EFF table on the Item Level page?

I’ve created a multiple-row attribute group on the Item Level page, and the client is asking if there is a way to prevent duplicate entries in the table. Is it possible to set up a rule for this? For example, in the screenshot below, the user should not be able to enter the second row, as it contains the same values as the first.
