How to send only one email notification to manager for leads unqualified for 30 days

Summary:

We have a requirement to send email notification to manager if lead remains in unqualified status for 30 days after creation. We have tried using Routines and object workflows this requirement, but it send an email notification for each lead separately to manager. For eg . if one user has 50 leads which are unqualified for 30 days - then as per current implemented solution using routines - it sends 50 separate emails to manager which is not as per business requirement.

Business Expectation: If one user or more user has 50 or 100 leads with unqualified status for 30days then it should send only one email notification to his manager stating the list of leads which are unqualified.
