Delete migration package via REST API

Summary:

There are numerous migration packages in the system and doing it manually generally takes time. I came across this REST API where migration package should be easily deleted, but when I tried it via postman, I always get this error:
You do not have access to perform this action. Contact your Access Administrator to request access.

Any suggestions, how to get it resolved.

Note - I have admin rights for my user account and I am able to delete the migration package from Migration Center manually. But the same is not working when I am trying to do it via REST API.
