Issues while browsing and loading data from file in APEX

in Integrations and Extensions

I am facing below two issues in APEX while trying to load data from file to DB.

  1. Invalid set of rows requested, the source data of the report has been modified.
  2. Ajax call returned server error ORA-01403: no data found for ajax_set_session_state.

If anyone has encountered these and knows how to fix. Pls ping me.

 

PS1: The data loading was working seamlessly till yesterday morning and then it starts popping  

PS2: The table apex_application_temp_files not holding data even for 5 seconds.
