Is it possible to activate the microphone within a mapshup for a sales window?

My team is trying to implement a mapshup content to create a chat type window, we have a problem when sending audios

When we create the functionality to activate the microphone, it gives us an error that we do not have permission to access it, since by itself the iframe that creates the mapshup content does not have the "allow=microphone" attribute.

So we are looking for solutions for them, I look forward to any response.

In the attached image you can see that when I press the microphone button in the console the error appears, and this does not happen when the page is not inside an iframe
