Problem in adding Hazmat parameters to the rate request.

I am setting up FedEx Rating Engine in the OTM to fetch the rates back directly from FedEx via the API.
I followed the documentation correctly, ensured the API credentials are correct too and completed the whole setup process.

Rate response for normal rate inquiry are coming correct but when I do a rate inquiry with hazmat details, the rate request which OTM is sending to FedEx don't have the Hazmat details. OTM is not putting these details into the request json.

Am I missing something? Also, is there any way to send the request without any carrierCodes (ie, FDXG)?
