How can we get the Account, Location and BU Segment Values using REST API?

I have been developing Miscellaneous Transaction Custom UI in Redwood and facing challenge in getting the segment values like how it is shown in standard screen below. Please help in guiding which REST api to use to populate the segment values in the LOVs
