Assignment fields for FR (Coefficient and Socio Professional Category)

Hello experts,

During the Core HR session with France, we found out that there is a requirement to store the Socio Professional Category and the Coefficient fields on an assignment level. The Coefficient field depends on the Socio Professional Category field. For example, if Socio Professional Category is Employee then the Coefficient values can be 100, 150, 200 etc. According to FR, the final salary of the employee depends not only on the position but also on the Coefficient that they have.

The client would like to store the Global grades in the system and they also want to attach the ranges for each grade. However, they cannot have an 1-to-1 mapping with the Coefficient and the Global Grades.
