Inconsistent behaviours between Web and SmartView forms

When reviewing the forms in both the web and SmartView platforms, we observed the following inconsistencies:
1. The date data format in web form can be displayed as dd-MMM-YYYY (as per user preferences), whereas in SmartView form, the date format consistently appears as MM/DD/YY. Despite attempts to update the locale settings, the date data format in SmartView forms does not reflect the adjusted locale format. How can we display dd-MMM-YYYY in SmartView form?

2. Regarding precision settings in forms, such as setting a minimum of 0 and a maximum of 2 decimal places, e.g. with original data as 100.123: web form displays 100.12, SmartView form displays 100. How can we display the form precision settings in SmartView forms?
