Load TO lines using Different Transfer Order Headers via FBDI

Summary:

We are trying to create/load Transfer Orders via FBDI but we are facing one issue, we see that there is field to mention Line Number but not Header Number. Because of this FBDI is creating all lines under 1 TO Header number.
