I can't find privilege PON_MANAGE_NEGOTIATION_REST_SERVICE_PRIV within the function

Hello,
I'm having trouble creating a negotiation with an integrator user through the API fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/supplierNegotiations.

When I execute the POST action through POSTMAN, I get the following error: "You cannot create a negotiation on behalf of another member. (PON-2085784)"
I did some research and found out that the user must have the privilege "PON_MANAGE_NEGOTIATION_REST_SERVICE_PRIV", the problem is that I can't create a role and add this privilege, I can't find it inside the role.

In the role category, I tried using "Procurement - Abstract Roles", "Duty Roles" and "Job Roles" but I can't find the privilege.
