EPM Automate Compare Snapshot report not returning results when snaphots are different

Summary:
Its running ok but the report is saying there are no differences.

Getting this to work would make our audit/controls process a little less onerous as it would allow us to automate part of the control.

I made a Form change but this doesn't seem to show up. I have tried using both FCCS and EPBCS snapshots with different change types - are there some nuances in how it does the compare and what it includes in the compare that I need to be aware of?
