How to get OGL Console account to use Oracle Guided Learning for Oracle Cloud Fusion

Hello,

I am interested in using Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) for Oracle Cloud Fusion.

From my understanding, Fusion customers are entitled to up to 15 guides in production at no additional cost.

Could you please advise on how we can obtain an OGL Console account?

Is it possible to create one through the Cloud Console (cloud.oracle.com), or is there a different process we should follow?
