Item Substitution in Purchase Requisition

Hi,

In oracle cloud item A is discontinued, but there is a substitute item B. When entering an procurement via purchase requisition, we never know if an item is discontinued/ blocked and what the successor item. It should populate the substitute item for the discontinued one while entering the purchase requisition. How can we implements this in oracle fusion?
