Query in REST- Export Lines Integration

Summary:

We are using the standard integration(REST- Export Lines) provisioned by Oracle to integrated Oracle Sales to CPQ. Transaction lines are synced to Revenue lines with the Integration, but I want to push the lines from CPQ to sales revenue line only when the Win/Loss Status is WIN.

I tried to use query parameter but we are getting error 

Error message from the partner site: URL request parameter q cannot be used in this context.

How can we send the data to destination based on condition?
