How to get Integration Status column from Movement Requests?

Hi,

We have WMS integration and we are trying to build a report for Movement Request details in Fusion Cloud.

Except 'Integration Status' field, we are able to get all the details. It looks like this comes from a Lookup - ORA_INV_MR_EXT_SYS_INTG_STATUS. But we are unable to find out where the Lookup code stored in Movement Requests.

Do not see the lookup code in Headers or Lines tables (INV_TXN_REQUEST_HEADERS or INV_TXN_REQUEST_LINES).

Please advise.
