ARCS attribute to be loaded from Source system

Can we load attribute(eg: Transaction count as an attribute) using Data Integration for Reconciliation Balance load(Not Transaction Matching data load)

My requirement is bringing attribute(eg: Transaction count) into ARCS as part of data load .

And then with use the above Transaction count as an attribute, to be included in two rules that will determine if a reconciliation is created/executed in any particular month.

The rules would look something like the following:

Rule 1: If zero balance then auto-submit and auto approve, (we currently have something similar to this in place based on risk level ), and
