Not able to create locators using Upload functionality in Redwood

Summary:

I am trying to create a locator in redwood using upload. I followed the below steps to upload.

  1. Navigate to Configure Subinventories task. Selected Inventory Org. from Actions - Create New Subinventories.
  2. There were four templates as i just want to upload the locators under already created subinventory. Downloaded the create locator template only.
  3. Populated the data in the create locator template.
  4. Uploaded the create locator template.
  5. Errored out with - The value of the attribute Locator isn't valid.

Please note that values are correct. I can create the locator from the front end but it is not working through upload.
