How to specify multiple Ship From locations for an inventory organization for sales orders

Summary:

We currently have an inventory org which has multiple locations. All these locations/addresses are tied to the same inventory organization in the Manage Locations UI.

The warehouse sources the items for the inventory from a different warehouse through a transfer order. Once it has completed the TO receiving, it initiates the SO Shipment. When fulfilling the sales order, the user should be able to choose the specific location the item would be shipped from as its used in downstream processing. On the sales order or the shipping details, we only see the option to select the organization and not the specific ship from location. How do we choose the correct ship from location for each transaction?
