Disabling access to 'Links' within SOA Composer with SOA roles

Summary: Currently specific users require access to the SOA Composer to manage the security credentials of our integrations. These users only need access to SOA Composer, they do not need access to any of the additional work areas under the 'Links' tab, BPM Worklist, Business Process Composer, Business Process Workspace, B2B Console. Is it possible to disable these links using current SOA roles while maintaining the ability to manage security in the SOA Composer? These users are currently assigned SOADesigner, which we found is necessary for them to access SOA Composer.
