Dynamic User Variable Not Updating in Dashboard 2.0 - Known issue?

Summary:

In DB 1.0, we have Entity on page and we also have an additional Dynamic User Variable for Entity enabled. In DB 1.0 and in Forms 2.0 mounted directly to the navigations the available Entity/Organization dropdown menu is updated if you change the Entity on Page selection. In Forms 2.0 within a DB 2.0 mounted to the nav flow the Entity/Organization does not update if the Entity on Page selection is changed. I have to go to another tab and come back in order for the Organization dropdown to represent the new on page selection and its
