how to migrate artifacts between epbcs apps with diff names

Hi

I am trying to migrate Artifacts from one epbcs application to another epbcs application but the catch here is both the application names are different.

So as a result LCM Migration is failing stating the difference in application naming convention.

Please let know if there is any other alternative option for a smooth artifacts migration.
