Rest api for File upload and download in Oracle Fusion Cloud

Hello,

In Oracle Fusion cloud, we can navigate to Tools > File Import and Export. That will bring us to the page below where we can Search for files to Import and Export and then run the report to find the available files for download ?

Is there a REST API for this function as well ?

Any REST API that I can invoke to search for files and then another API to download the files.
