Permanently Delete Candidate Record in Taleo Recruiting

Summary:

When searching My Oracle for information of how to delete a candidate from Recruiting, we found the document id 2767192.1 (How to Delete Candidate from Recruiting). In our STG environment, we tested the steps provided. And the candidate profile was deleted. However, at the end of the document, it states: “Be Advised: If the candidate was deleted in error, a system level restore can be done by administrator using the Automated Task option.” We are interpreting this statement that the candidate profile is not permanently deleted. How can we ensure the candidate profile is permanently deleted? Are there additional steps to be taken after those in Oracle document to ensure the candidate profile is permanently deleted and cannot be restored?
