Performance issues - EPBCS enabled app Upper level Sparse dynamic calc members

Summary:

Allocation requirement is to fetch total numbers at aggregate level members (Begbalance, Year Total, Top level dynamic calc sparse members for 3 dims) and distribute the resultant % to the level 0 members

While the rule works perfectly for one hardcoded intersection it starts to run with no end time when it is trying to fetch from ALL level members (EX: All_CostCenter, All_LOB etc which is the requirement). These are by default dynamic calc and fetching this level of data takes too much time. Is this by default enforced in all EPBCS app? Curious to know if anyone faced this issue and how to overcome it without changing these dynamic calc sparse parent properties. PS: Not looking for a workaround but want to know how this requirement will work retaining the enabled sparse
