Identifying Orphaned Object Storage Objects After ARCS Deletion

I recently was able to set up Object Storage for a Test environment to play around with. While the transfer was successful, one thing we are seeing is that when a user "deletes" an attachment in the ARCS UI, as expected, the attachment is not deleted from the Object Storage. However, it doesn't appear that there is a way to identify such attachments in the Object Storage.

My question is to find out if there is a way to identify any "broken link" attachments in Object Storage so that they can be deleted from Object Storage and to not take up storage space and incur charges for these objects when users "delete" them from the ARCS UI due to a mistaken upload or other reason. A quick search through documentation says that the only real way to search for these objects is through a Prefix, but that that isn't really going to be supported because the way ARCS is configured it uploads them using a specified naming
