Accessing custom object from pricing algorithm

In our implementation we need to generate manual adjustments based on custom logic.

The logic is based on a custom matrix saved in a custom object.

We have implemented it as external OIC based solution but we would like it to be changed so the logic could be called by standard repricing.

Is there a simple way to call web service from pricing algorithm as we do in OM extensions or application composer groovy scripts?

Any other suggested approach?
