Can you set different levels of access across multiple BUs within the Contract Module?

Summary:

We have a requirement to allow users to create contracts across multiple BU's. However, one of these BU's is "Confidential" and these users should only have access to view the contracts that they create in this confidential BU. In all other non-confidential BU's, they should have full access to all contracts. The difficulty is that the same group of users manage confidential and non-confidential contracts.

For example:

• User should have access to create contracts in BU 1 and BU 2 (Confidential).
• User should have access to view all contracts within BU 1.
• User should have access to view only contracts created by themselves in BU 2 (confidential)
