How do I know when multi instance VBS will be available for my environments?

On 9/23/24 I received the following email message from Oracle:
During the upcoming update cycle, we are planning to provision an instance of Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio) for each of the TEST and DEV environments for your Oracle Cloud Applications. This allows you to use multiple development environments in parallel to extend Oracle Cloud Applications, without having to ask Oracle Support to move VB Studio from one environment to another.
