Fusion: Receivable: Receipt amount move to On-Account via SOAP webservice

By using SOAP webservice "/fscmService/StandardReceiptService" I want to push unapplied amount of a receipt into the onAccount bucket of Receivable Receipt.

Initial WSDL: https://instance:443/fscmService/StandardReceiptService

Operation: processApplyOnAccount

The payload as attached. I'm using SOAP UI.

The payload is valid. But, the "Unapplied Amount" is not moving to "On-Account Amount".
