Aggregator max lines and wait time in external routing rules, SO line failing with error

Summary:

In our implementation i have set up the aggregator attributes in Manage External Routing rules for sales order.

Set Maximum lines to aggregate and send set to 0

Set maximum wait time before aggregation set to 5.

  1. Created an order.
  2. Applied a hold
  3. my custom orchestration step split the line.
  4. Now the second line is failing with below error.

"An error occurred: aggregateTasks:class oracle.apps.scm.doo.common.DooJboException. Contact your help desk. (DOO-2685513)".

Please help me out in resolving this issue. we have requirement to aggregate the lines before sending it to fulfillment system (custom task created by us).
