Search Bar/Filter Bar under Help Desk request is not working
Summary:
Hi All,
Few of the agents reported that their Search Bar/Filter Bar stopped working. They are not able to search SRs, or select any saved search. Even the "Add Filter" Button disappeared from the screen. We have already tried clearing cookies/history and logging in through Incognito window, but so far no results.
Would really appreciate if someone can share their insight on this.
PS: We have already logged an Oracle SR, but wanted to know if anyone else has faced this issue and can help us resolve this timely.
