Alternate BOM recommendation using percentage Split

Summary:

We are a discrete manufacturing company with static BOMs & routings (no Configure to order). Our business users are expecting constraints based supply planning to split the planned recommendations based on combination of rank and % split just like the BUY sourcing rules. has anyone else come across similar requirements? Any ideas on how we can solve this using oracle supply planning cloud
