Issue with Data Security Policy Not Migrating for Custom Role in Oracle Fusion

A custom role was created in the Oracle Fusion Dev environment, including all necessary components such as Basic Information, Function Security Policies, Data Security Policies, and other required attributes. The role functions as expected in the Dev environment. However, during migration to the Test UAT instance, the Data Security Policy does not migrate, while all other elements are transferred successfully.

Despite following Oracle documentation and ensuring that all settings are configured correctly, the Data Security Policy fails to migrate to the Test UAT instance. Assistance is required to identify why the data security policy is not being migrated and how to resolve this issue.
