UX: Drag and Drop + Showing enclosing folder location for search

The new forced UI roll out removed multiple features that were extremely helpful in managing and navigating Eloqua.

Can you please let me know how I can do the following now:

1. Drag and drop elements to organize folders in Emails, Programs, Campaigns;
2. How do you see enclosing folders when searching for the items above?
3. How do i change the view for Images to see a grid instead of a list?

These 3 items were key in navigating, organizing and managing content. Without these items there are additional unnecessary steps added to the workflow.
