How to delete tag-namespace

Summary:

I have an OCI tenancy, In tenancy there is a compartment called Production. I have created tag-namespace Operations. For this tag-namespace, I have created definition key as inst_type which has 2 values. Now I am trying to delete this tag-namespace and it is not letting me delete it. Ultimate goal is to delete compartment Production. Through Console when I try to delete compartment Production, it prompts me to first remove the resource tag-namespace associated with this compartment.

Is there a way to delete the tag-namespace forcefully. I have tried oci cli commands which are given in the CLI Guide but it still does not delete it.
