HDL: Loading issue in HDL Course and Offering dat files

Hi Team,

we have a requirement to load Course and Instructor-led Offering via HDL. while loading we are getting the below error.

"An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details: JBO-beforePhysicalRowProcessing::oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-beforePhysicalRowProcessing::Couldn't retrieve Offering details for OfferingId = 300000112969941: STRINGMANAGER: Key: beforePhysicalRowProcessing::Couldnt retrieve Offering details for OfferingId = 300000112969941 not found in bundle oracle.apps.hcm.learn.core.learnMetadataService.helper.LearnHDLUtil: STRIN"
