How do I Report on contact activity including appointments and emails
Summary:
I am trying to get 2 reports:
- A report that shows all of the activities a Sales Rep did on a particular day - including: Appointments and emails sent - from both Outlook Panel and from within the Actions bar. I can report on Appointments or Emails manually logged from O365 panel but any emails that are sent from Actions or are tracked by the O365 system integation do not show up on the reports.
- Get a report by Contact showing all of the appointments and interactions we have with them so I can see how engaged we are with them.
