Oracle Integration Cloud 3: For-each repeating element is read only

Summary:

Am I missing something obvious? When configuring a for-each loop in OIC 3, the field to configure a repeating element is read-only so I can't pass it any values.

I'm adding logic on to an integration that was built in OIC 2 and imported. It has near identical logic at an earlier step in the integration that existed before it was imported. That field is populated, but is read only.
