How to import address formatting package into VBCS

We are working on a project within Oracle VBCS and would like to implement an address formatting solution. Specifically, we are trying to import an address formatting package into VBCS to ensure that user-entered addresses formatted correctly according to standards. However, we are not familiar with the process of importing external packages or libraries.

We would like to know:
1. Does VBCS support the import of third-party address formatting packages part of a library or module?
2. What are the steps in importing an external package, such as an address formatter, into VBCS?
3. Are there any configurations needed to integrate an address formatter package successfully?
