We were checking the functionality of seeded approval skill. After typing "Approve" user is getting error "Apologies, I'm experiencing some technical issues on my end. Please wait a moment and try again." We could see that approval is happening but this message is appearing in the bot window.
Another behavior noticed is that once the task is approved and if the person who submitted the task checks for the approval status through chat bot it shows duplicate entry for the same task.
