subvariable for Send_Mail Pipeline Runtime Variable

Hi All,
There is a way to pass a subvariable for the Send_Mail? This is because the user one month want to received always the mail and other month only on failure, so we need to recreate the job each month, but if we can use a subvar well we only need to modify the variable.

I appreciate any idea.
