To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Best practices using dynamic skills

Summary:

We are beginning to explore the use of dynamic skills in our organisation and we are working toward rolling out to a small pilot population at some point in the new year. I would be interested to hear other customer's experiences who are either live or working towards going live and see how you are rolling it out - both from a functionality point of view and a population point of view.

We are potentially looking at a pilot for an are of our org like Information Security or our Legal Services initially before rolling out to a wider population in the future. We would be looking at allowing colleagues to gain skills from Learning content but also allowing them to self select dynamic skills in the Me > Skills Centre pages. And not looking at colleague skills endorsement, skills on work structures or skills within recruiting until further down the line.
