Would like to join external data(Customized page tile) with internal data(Website Activity PageView)

Can anyone help me on Eloqua?

"Question"
There is URL data in Eloqua's website activity data.
I would like to import the file mapping customized (not same as title tag in HTML) page title to URL into Eloqua and join it with website activity data in Eloqua.
Is it possible?
If possible, Could you show me how to do it?

"Background"
The final objective is to show customized page title visited by contacts on Salesforce's lead or contact layout.
I think we are able to achieve this by exporting Eloqua website activity data via API to 3rd place like AWS, joining it with the mapping file on AWS, and importing it into Salesforce via API.
