Auto ship confirm intra-org shipments ?

Looking for a way to use confirm shipments to confirm intra org shipments

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Currently using intra organization transfer order in order to move goods from a subinventory to another.
We want these intra-org shipments to be automatically ship confirmed. Of course this needs to be applicable EXCLUSIVELY for these intra-org shipments, the other ones are to be ignored by the batch.

However none of the available fields in the confirm shipment ESS job is suitable :

- Pick wave (different each time)
- Autopack batch (we're not using any)
- Shipment number (we don't want this to be specific to shipment number), similar for bill of lading and packing slip
