We need to update the #average headcount, #leavers, period start and period end headcount with OTBI

We need to Modify headcount columns in an Annual Turnover dashboard page. We need to update/review the #average headcount, #leavers, period start headcount, and period end headcount through OTBI by incorporating the jobs at assignment history into the formulas.
See test cases below under assumptions.

a. “Period Start Headcount” should look at the worker’s active assignment as of the From Date the end user enters. Based on that date, the worker should be counted into one of the jobs in the system.

b. “Period End Headcount” should look at the worker’s active assignment as of the To Date the end user enters. Based on that date, the worker should be counted into one of the jobs in the system.
