Using functional setup manager to export EFF's and DFF's

I'm trying to get an export of the Flexfields we have of Divisions, both the EFF's and DFF's. I went to Manage Implementation projects, but i'm unsure on what i need to do there to be able to get an export of those Divisions Flexfields.

Does anyone have experience in getting an export like this?
