Hide Catalog Menu from OTBI report

Summary:

we open a report from application by the following URL: https://xxxxxxx.oraclecloud.com/xmlpserver/Custom/xxxxx/SCM/Procurement/Purchase disbursement report/PO_DISB_LY.xdo?_xmode=2
but user could change _xmode parameter to 0 or 1 or remove it at all which display report in full mode and Catalog Menu appear , so user would be able to browse catalog and navigate all other Reports
the issue : how open report from Applications and disable Catalog menu, and disable user to change in URL parameter
