How to remove FCC forever intersections created by disabled/hanging balances

As FCCS requires unique data source, we'll be ending up with hanging USD in RP_GLxxx that will be offset by USD Override JEs in RP_JE_USDOR for disabled entities.  Though they net to zero, both records will remain in FCCS for as long as the data is in FCCS.  FCCS is expected to maintain 5-years of data so that would be the maximum the non-value-added data would remain.  

Any advice how we can remove these useless intersections as part of our disabled member maintenance ?
